ﻭﺃﻣﺎ ﻣﺎ ﺭﻭﻯ ﺍﻟﺨﻄﻴﺐ ‏( 13/379 ‏) ﻣﻦ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﺳﻌﻴﺪ ﺑﻦ ﻣﺴﻠﻢ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﻫﻠﻲ ﻗﺎﻝ: ﻗﻠﻨﺎ ﻷﺑﻲ ﻳﻮﺳﻒ: ﻟﻤﺎ ﻟﻢ ﺗﺤﺪﺛﻨﺎ ﻋﻦ ﺃﺑﻲ ﺣﻨﻴﻔﺔ؟ ﻗﺎﻝ: ﻣﺎ ﺗﺼﻨﻌﻮﻥ ﺑﻪ؟ ﻣﺎﺕ ﻳﻮﻡ ﻣﺎﺕ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ: ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ ﻣﺨﻠﻮﻕ . ﻗﻠﺖ: ﻓﻔﻲ ﺛﺒﻮﺗﻪ ﻋﻦ ﺃﺑﻲ ﻳﻮﺳﻒ ﻧﻈﺮ؛ ﻷﻥ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﻫﻠﻲ ﻫﺬﺍ، ﻻ ﻳﻌﺮﻑ ﺑﺎﻟﺮﻭﺍﻳﺔ، ﻭﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﺃﻏﻔﻠﻮﻩ، ﻭﻟﻢ ﻳﺘﺮﺟﻤﻮﻩ ﻓﻲ ﻛﺘﺐ ﺍﻟﺮﺟﺎﻝ، ﺣﺘﻰ ﺍﺑﻦ ﺃﺑﻲ ﺣﺎﺗﻢ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺬﻛﺮﻩ ﻓﻲ “ﻛﺘﺎﺑﻪ” ﻣﻊ ﺳﻌﺘﻪ ﻭﺃﺣﺎﻃﺘﻪ، ﻭﻟﻌﻞ
ﺍﻟﺴﺒﺐ ﻓﻲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﺎ ﺃﺷﺎﺭ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺨﻄﻴﺐ ﻓﻲ ﺁﺧﺮ ﺗﺮﺟﻤﺘﻪ ‏( 9/74 ):” ﺑﺼﺮﻱ ﺍﻷﺻﻞ، ﻭﻛﺎﻥ ﻗﺪ ﺳﻜﻦ ﺧﺮﺍﺳﺎﻥ، ﻭﻭﻻﻩ ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻄﺎﻥ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻷﻋﻤﺎﻝ ﺑﻤﺮﻭ، ﻭﻗﺪﻡ ﺑﻐﺪﺍﺩ ﻭﺣﺪﺙ ﺑﻬﺎ، ﻓﺮﻭﻯ ﻋﻦ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺑﻦ ﺯﻳﺎﺩ ﺑﻦ ﺍﻷﻋﺮﺍﺑﻲ، ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﺍﻟﻠﻐﺔ . ﻭﻛﺎﻥ ﻋﺎﻟﻤﺎً ﺑﺎﻟﺤﺪﻳﺚ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ، ﺇﻻ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻻ ﻳﺒﺬﻝ ﻧﻔﺴﻪ ﻟﻠﻨﺎﺱ “. ﻟﻜﻦ ﻫﻨﺎ ﻓﻲ “ﺍﻟﺘﺎﺭﻳﺦ ” ﺭﻭﺍﻳﺎﺕ ﺃﺧﺮﻯ ﻋﺪﺓ ﺃﻥ ﺃﺑﺎ ﺣﻨﻴﻔﺔ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ : “ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ ﻣﺨﻠﻮﻕ” ، ﺇﻻ ﺃﻧﻨﻲ ﺩﻗﻘﺖ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺮ ﻓﻲ ﺑﻌﻀﻬﺎ ﻓﻮﺟﺪﺗﻪ ﻻ ﻳﺨﻠﻮ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺎﺩﺡ، ﻭﻟﻌﻞ ﺳﺎﺋﺮﻫﺎ ﻛﺬﻟﻚ، ﻻﺳﻴﻤﺎ ﻭﻗﺪ ﺭﻭﻯ ﺍﻟﺨﻄﻴﺐ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻹﻣﺎﻡ ﺃﺣﻤﺪ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻗﺎﻝ: ﻟﻢ ﻳﺼﺢ ﻋﻨﺪﻧﺎ
ﺃﻥ ﺃﺑﺎ ﺣﻨﻴﻔﺔ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ : “ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ ﻣﺨﻠﻮﻕ “.ﻗﻠﺖ: ﻭﻫﺬﺍ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﻈﻦ ﺑﺎﻹﻣﺎﻡ ﺃﺑﻲ ﺣﻨﻴﻔﺔ – ﺭﺣﻤﻪ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ – ﻭﻋﻠﻤﻪ، ﻓﺈﻥ ﺻﺢ ﻋﻨﻪ ﺧﻼﻓﻪ، ﻓﻠﻌﻞ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻨﺎﻇﺮﻩ ﺃﺑﻮ ﻳﻮﺳﻒ، ﻛﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺮﻭﺍﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﺑﺘﺔ ﻋﻨﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺎﺏ، ﻓﻠﻤﺎ ﻧﺎﻇﺮﻩ، ﻭﻷﻣﺮ ﻣﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﻤﺮ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻨﺎﻇﺮﺗﻪ ﺳﺘﺔ ﺃﺷﻬﺮ، ﺍﺗﻔﻖ ﻣﻌﻪ ﺃﺧﻴﺮﺍً ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ ﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﺨﻠﻮﻕ، ﻭﺃﻥ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺎﻝ: ” ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ ﻣﺨﻠﻮﻕ ” ﻓﻬﻮ ﻛﺎﻓﺮ .ﻭﻫﺬﺍ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﻗﻊ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﺩﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﻜﺜﻴﺮﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻓﻀﻞ ﺃﺑﻲ ﺣﻨﻴﻔﺔ، ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻟﻢ ﺗﺄﺧﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻌﺰﺓ، ﻭﻟﻢ ﻳﺴﺘﻜﺒﺮ ﻋﻦ ﻣﺘﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﺗﻠﻤﻴﺬﻩ ﺃﺑﻲ ﻳﻮﺳﻒ ﺣﻴﻦ ﺗﺒﻴﻦ ﻟﻪ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﺤﻖ ﻣﻌﻪ، ﻓﺮﺣﻤﻪ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ ﻭﺭﺿﻲ ﻋﻨﻪ

Tarjama: “Aur rahi baat jo Khateeb ne riwayat ki hai (379/13) Saeed bin Muslim bahili ke tareeqe se, kaha: Hum ne Abu Yusuf rah se kaha: Ap kyu hame Abu Haneefa rah ke tareeqe se hadees bayan nahi karte? Unho ne kaha: tum uska kya karoge? Margaye wo jis din mare wo kehte the:”QURAN MAKHLOOQ HAI”.
Mai kehta Hun: Iske Abu Yusuf (Rh.) se sabit hone me Nazar hai; isliye ke ye BAHILI Riwayat me nahi jane jate aur isi liye Mai use ghafil hun, aur unka Tarjuma kutube rijal me nahi kiya gaya yahan tak ke ibne abi hatim ne bhi unhe apni kitab me zikr nahi kiya unki koshish aur ihate ke sath, aur shayad uska sabab wahi ho jis ka khateeb ne ishara kiya un ke tarjume ke Aakhir me(74/9)
“:Basari ul asl hain, Khurasaan me rahe hain, Aur sultan me baaz aamal ka unko MARO me wali banaya, aur Baghdad aye aur wahan hadees bayan kiye, pas unse Muhammad bin zayyad bin arabi Sahib e Lughat ne riwaya ki. Aur wo hadees aur Arabi ke alim the magar wo khud ko logon ke liye qurban nahi karte the.” Lekin wahan “Tareekh” me, doosri bhot si riwayaat hain ke Abu Haneefa kehte the: “AL QURAN MAKHLOOQ” magar maine bhot ghaur o fikr kiya baarik beeni se kaam liya un me ke baaz me to maine paya un me se koi bhi AIB se khali nahi, aur shayad ke poore hi waise hon, khaas taur par Khateeb ne Imam Ahmad se riwayat kiya hai ke unho ne farmaya: “HAMARE NAZDEEK YE SAHEEH NAHI KE ABU HANEEFA KEHTE THE ‘QURAN MAKHLOOQ HAI’”. Mai kehta hun: aur ye wahi zann hai Imam Abu haneefa rah ke baare me aur un ke ilm ke bare me, pas agar Saheeh ho is ke Khilaf un se, pas shayad ke wo Abu Yusuf rah se munazare se pehle ka hai,jaisa ke unse riwayaat se sabit hain kitab me,p as jab unse munazara kiya, aur Amr me jo 6 maheene unse munazara jari raha, Muttafiq hue un se ke Quran Ghair makhlooq hai, aur ye ke jo kahe: “Quran Makhlooq hai to wo kafir hai”. Aur ye waqie me Imam Abu Haneefa rah ke fazl me bhot se dalail me se hai, to beshak wo izzat nahi paate, aur fakhr nahi karte Apne Shagird Abu Yusuf ki mutabiat karne me jab un par wazeh hogaya ke haq un ke sath hia, pas Allah un par rahem farmaye aur unse razi hojaye..
