Imam Bukhari ki Kitab Az Zu’afa me Mo’mal ka Koi Zikr maujood Nahi hai aur Sahih Bukhari me Mo’mal ki riwayatein maujood hain..

JAWAAB NO. 1

Agar Imam Bukhari (rah.) se
Mo’mal bin Isma’eel ko MUNKAR AL-HADEES kehna sabit na bhi ho to bhi Iski Yeh riwayat SAHEEH sabit Nahi ho sakti Kyonke Isko Khud Ghair Muqallideen bhi ZA’EEF
Tasleem karte hain…

1. Ghair Muqallideen ke Muhaddis Abdur Rahman Mubarakpuri ne likha: “Hum Tasleem karte hain ke Mo’mal bin Isma’eel Za’eef hai aur Imam Bayhaqi (rah) ki Ye rivayat ZA’EEF hai.”

Aur doosri jagah Ek Rivayat ke tehat likhte hain ke, “Is Sanad me Mo’mal bin Isma’eel hai aur Wo Sachcha hai Lekin SAA’EE AL-HIFZ (Ya’ni Kamzor Hafzah wala) hai.”

2. Ghair Muqallid, Sanaullah Zaahidi Allamah Ibne Hajar Ash-
Shafa’i (rah.) se naqal karte hai: “Mo’mal bin Isma’eel me Kalaam hai. Abu Hatim ne kaha: Sudooq aur KASEER AL-KHATA’ hai, (Sufyan) Sauri (rah.) se Iski Hadees ZA’EEF hai.”

3. Ghair Muqallid Shaikhul Albani (Rah) ne kaha: “Iski SANAD (Yani Seene par hath baandhne wali Hadis ki Sanad) ZA’EEF hai Kyonke Mo’mal Jo Isma’eel ka beta hai Wo SA’EE AL-HIFZ (Kharab Hafzah wala) hai.” [Sahih Ibne Khuzaimah 1/243, Tiba Maktabah Islami 1975]

4. Ghair Muqallid, Shuaib Al Arnaut ne ek rivayat Jiske Tamam Raavi Bukhari Ya Muslim ke hone ke ba-wajood Mo’mal bin
Isma’eel ki wajah se SANAD ko ZA’EEF qaraar dete hue Mo’mal ko SA’EE AL-HIFZ likha hai. [Sahih Ibne Hibban: 3/38]

Aur doosri Jagah likha hai ke,
“Mo’mal bin Isma’eel ko Imam
Bukhari (rah.) waghera ne KASRAT KHATA’ ke sath MAUSOOF kiya hai aur Muhammad bin Nasar Marwazi
(rah.) ne Kaha ke Jab Mo’mal
Akela rivayat kare to Uski
Hadees par Amal karne se Ruk
Jaana Wajib hai aur Is me Yeh
cheezein saabit hain Kyonke Woh SA’EE AL-HIFZ, KASEER AL-KHATAH (Zyada Ghaltiya’n karne wala) hai.”

Aur Mazeid ek Jagah Likha hai: “Mo’mal bin Isma’eel SIQAH hain magar Isne Apni KUTAB dafan Kar di thi, Pas Apne HAAFZAH se bayan karta tha to Isme KASRAT se KHATA’ karta, Pas Uski Hadees Jab Woh Munfarid ho to QUBOOL Nahi ki Jayegi.” [Sahih Ibne Hibban: 4/531]

Imam Bukhari (rah.) se Mo’mal bin Isma’eel par Jarah karne waale Hafiz Yusuf Al-Mizzi, Ibne Hajar Asqalani, Hafiz Zehbi (rahmatullahi alaihi) waghera hain Jinki SIQAHAT ke Qaayel to Khud Ghair Muqallideen Bhi Hain… Ab sawaal uthta hai ke Imam Bukhari (rah) ki Kisi Kitab me bhi Yeh Jarah maujood Nahi hai toh Kya In Muhaddiseen ne Apni taraf se Yeh Jarah Naqal karke Imam Bukhari (rah) ki
taraf Mansoob kar diya hai??

Iss tarah se toh Yeh Hazraat
MUHARRIFEEN (Tehreef karne
waale) shumaar honge aur Muharrif ko Aadil Ya Siqah nahi kaha jata…

Toh Ghair Muqallideen batayein ke Kya Aap in Muhaddiseen ko Muharrif wa Jhoote Tasleem karte hain??

Agar Ek se Ye baat marwi hoti
to Phir Kaha ja sakta tha ke
GHALTI hui hai Lekin Yahan
toh Teen (3) Jaleel-o-Qadar Muhaddiseen is Jarah ko Imam
Bukhari (rah) se Zikr kar rahe hain…

Aur rahi baat SANAD ka Zikr na karna Ye koi badi baat Nahi. ASMAA’ AR-RIJAAL se thhori si Waqfiyat rakhne wala bhi is baat ko Achhi tarah se jaanta hai ke In Hazraat ne Apni Kutab me Kayi jagah par Imam Bukhari (rah) ke Aqwaal ko zikr kiya hai Lekin wahan SANAD ko bayan Nahi kiya Kyonke In Hazraat ne
Imam Bukhari (rah.) ki Kitabo’n se In baato’n ko Naqal kiya hai, isliye Inki ISNAAD ka Zikr Nahi kiya..

Yahan par Yehi baat Durust hai ke “Tareekh Al-Kabeer” Isha’at karne walo’n se GHALTI hui hai ke Unhone Mo’mal bin Isma’eel ke bajaaye Imam Bukhari (rah)
ka Qoul MUNKAR AL-HADEES ko Mo’mal bin Sa’eed ke sath Zikr kar diya hai kyonke Muhaddiseen ki AKSARIYAT ne
Momal bin Ismail ke baare me hi Imam Bukhari (rah) ka Ye Qoul Naqal kiya hai, Kisi Ek ne bhi Mo’mal bin Sa’eed ke baare me Imam Bukhari (rah) ka Yeh Qoul Naqal nahi kiya hai…

· In Teen Hazraat ke alawah bhi
Imam Bukhari (rah.) se Momal
ki Taz’eef ka Qoul naqal karne
wale maujood hain Maslan-

Imam Hayshmi (rah) likhte hain: “Ibne Mu’een wa Ibne Hibban (rah) ke haan Siqah hai aur Imam Bukhari (rah.) ke haan Za’eef
hai.”

Imam Haishmi (rah.) ne Imam
Bukhari (rah.) ka Qoul MUNKAR AL-HADEES ki bina par Iski TAZ’EEF ki hai..

· Hafiz Ahmad bin Abi Bakar bin Isma’eel Al-Kunani(rah) ne bhi Momal bin Isma’eel ke liye MUNKAR AL-HADEES ka Qoul zikr kiya hai..

Imam Bukhari (rah.) ka hai Mazkoorah Paanch (5) Muhaddiseen-e-Kiraam (rah) ne Imam Bukhari (rah.) se Momal ki TAZ’EEF ka Qoul MUNKAR AL-HADEES Naqal kiya hai..

Ghair-Muqallideen batayein ke
Kya Ye sab Hazraat Jhoot bol
rahe hain?

Hargiz Nahi, Laazmi Amr Ye hai ke Yaha’n par GHALTI “Tareekh Al-Kabeer Isha’at karne walo’n se hui hai ke Unhone Is Qoul MUNKAR AL-HADEES ko Mo’mal bin Isma’eel ke bajaaye Mo’mal bin Sa’eed ke Tarjumah me likh diya. Aur Phir Aaj tak Kisi bhi SIQAH Musalman ne Unke
Is Qoul ki TARDEED bhi Nahi ki hai. Aur Jo Tardeed kar rahe hain Woh ANGREZO’N KE DAUR ke ba’d ki Paidawaar hain…

Kisi Za’eef Raavi se Imam Bukhari (rah) ka Apni SAHEEH BUKHARI me Shuwahid ke taur par rivayat lena Imam Bukhari (rah) ke Nazdeek SIQAH hone ki Daleel Hargiz Nahi hai aur Na hi Ye Koi Qanoon hai na Koi Usool
Kyuke SHUWAHID me to ZA’EEF ko bhi Peish kiya Ja sakta hai..

Zubair Ali Zai (Rah) ka is baat se Daleel pakarna ke Imam Bukhari (rah) ne ba-taur Ishtash-haad Mo’mal bin Isma’il ko Zikr kiya hai to Woh Imam Bukhari (rah) ke
Nazdeek SIQAH hain, Munkarul

Iski Haqeeqat ko samajhne ke
liye Hum chand Raaviyo’n ke Naam peish karte hain Jinse Imam Bukhari (rah.) ne ba-taur Istash-haad apni SAHEEH me rivaayaat li hain aur Phir ZU’AFAH me bhi Shumaar kiya hai…

Isko bhi Imam Bukhari (rah) ne Zu’afa me shumar kiya hai.

Is Tehqeeq se ma’loom hua ke Ye kabhi bhi Daleel Nahi ban sakti ke Imam Bukhari (rah.) Jisse SHUWAHID me rivayat lein toh Woh Unke Nazdeek SIQAH ho..

· Chunanche Hafiz Abu Umar Ibn As-Salaah Apni Mashoor Kitab Muqaddama Ilmul Hadees Me Likhtey Hain- “Yaad Rahe! Woh Raawi Ki Riwayaat Jo Hujjat Nahi Aur Zaeef Raawiyon Mese Hain Unko Mutabi’ah Aur Shawahid Me Pesh Kiya Jasakta Hai. Aur Kutub-E-Bukhari Wa Muslim Me Aise Bohot Se Zaaef Raawi Maujood Hain Jinko Mutabi’ah Aur Shawahid Me Pesh Kiya Gaya Hai..”

· Shaikh Zubair Ali Zai (Rah) ne Isi me Apni Aafiyat samjhi ke Tehqeeqi Jawab ke bajaaye Muhammad bin Tahir Al-Maqdasi (rah.) ke Qoul ki TAQLEED kar le. Aur Logo’n ko Mughaltah me bhi daalna chaaha..

NOTE: Ibne Tahir Al-Maqdasi (rah) ka Qoul Jisko Zubair Ali ne naqal karne se pehle likha hai ke, “Ek Raavi ke baare me likha hai” Ye Hamaad bin Salmah Raavi ke ta’lluq se hai. Akheer me Imam Bukhari (rah) ka Qoul mulaahiza
farmayein: “Har Woh Aadmi
Jiske muta’lliq Main MUNKAR AL-HADEES kahoon to Us se
Rivayat lena HALAAL NAHI.” [Fathul Mughais: 1/373; Meezan Al-Aitedaal: 1/6, 2/202]

GHAIR MUQALIDEEN KE GHAR KI SHAHADAT:

Ghair-Muqallid, Sanaullah Zaahidi Sahab ne likha: “Jis Admi me Ye Wasaf MUNKAR AL-
HADEES paaya Jaaye Uski Rivayat TARK (Chhor dene) ke
Laayeq hai.”
