ﻗَﻠْﺒِﻪِ ﻏِﻨًﻰ ﻓَﻬُﻮَ ﺍﻟْﻐَﻨِﻲّ.

Allah Ke Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ke Ashaab Abdullah Ibn Masood Raziallahu Tallanhu Ka Taqleed Jaiz Honepar Par Fatwa….

1)ﻋَﻦْ ﻋَﺒْﺪِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ، ﻳَﻌْﻨِﻲ ﺍﺑْﻦَ ﻣَﺴْﻌُﻮﺩٍ ، ﺃَﻧَّﻪُ ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ” ﻻ ﺗُﻘَﻠِّﺪُﻭﺍ ﺩِﻳﻨَﻜُﻢُ ﺍﻟﺮِّﺟَﺎﻝَ ، ﻓَﺈِﻥْ ﺃَﺑَﻴْﺘُﻢْ ﻓَﺒِﺎﻷَﻣْﻮَﺍﺕِ ، ﻻ ﺑِﺎﻷَﺣْﻴَﺎﺀِ ”

Tarjuma-“Abdullah bin Mas’ood (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) farmaate hain: “Deen me Logo’n ki TAQLEED Na Karo,Pas Agar Tum Inkaar karte ho (Ya’ni TAQLEED karte ho) toh MURDO’N ki (Ya’ni Jo Buzrug Wafaat Paa gaye hain) Kar lo,ZINDO’N ki Mat Karo.” (Sunan Al-Kubra Lil Bayhaqi,

Is Mauqoof Hadees se ma’loom hua ke Un Buzrugaan-e-Deen ki Taqleed karni Jaayez balke Behter hai Jo Wafaat pa chuke hain….

2)ﻋَﻦْ ﻋَﺒْﺪِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﻻ ﻳُﻘَﻠِّﺪَﻥَّ ﺃَﺣَﺪُﻛُﻢْ ﺩِﻳﻨَﻪُ ﺭَﺟُﻼ، ﻓَﺈِﻥَ ﺁﻣَﻦَ ﺁﻣَﻦَ ﻭَﺇِﻥْ ﻛَﻔَﺮَ ﻛَﻔَﺮَ،ﻭَﺇِﻥْ ﻛُﻨْﺘُﻢْ ﻻ ﺑُﺪَّ ﻣُﻘْﺘَﺪِﻳﻦَ ﻓَﺎﻗْﺘَﺪُﻭﺍ ﺑِﺎﻟْﻤَﻴِّﺖِ، ﻓَﺈِﻥَ ﺍﻟْﺤَﻲَّ ﻻ ﻳُﺆْﻣَﻦُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﺍﻟْﻔِﺘْﻨَﺔُ ”

Tarjuma-“Abdullah bin Mas’ood (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) farmaate hain: “Tum me se Koi Aadmi kisi Aadmi ki aisi TAQLEED na kare ke woh imaan laaye to Eimaan laaye aur agar Woh Kufr kare toh Kufr karo aur Agar tum kisi ki IQTIDA’ karna hi chaahte ho toh Marey hue logo’n ki Karo iss liye ke Zinda Insan Fitne se Mamon (bacha hua) nahi rehta”

Haan, JO NAAHAL HAI USKO IJTIHAD SE HUKM KARNA KISI HAAL ME JAYEZ NAHI BALKE WO GUNAHGAAR HAI. USKA
HUKM NAAFIZ BHI NAHI HOGA AGARCHAH USKA HUKM HAQQ KE MUWAFAQ HO YA MUKHALIF,KYONKE USKA HAQQ KO PAA LENA MEHAZ ITTEFAQI HAI. KISI ASAL
SHARA’I PAR MUBNI NAHI. Pas wo tamam Ahkaam me Gunahgar hai Haqq ke muwafaq ho ya mukhalif aur uske nikaaley hue tamam Ahkaam Mardood (rejected) hain. Uska koi uzr Shari’an Maqbool Nahi.”
